Few of a Kind Store is hosting an essay contest that is due February 20th. Ages 13-15 will have the prompt: “What can I do to encourage peace in my neigborhood?” The winner will receive $75.00.
Ages 16-18 will have the prompt: “What can I do to encourage peace and justice in my city.”
Entries will be judged on clarity, creativity, action plan, and it has to be at least 600 words. Winners will read their winning essay at Few of a Kind’s black history month event.
